At Aire, our personal training takes you beyond formulas and unstructured sessions. 

We will work with you, using our own evaluation and assessment system, to determine your current fitness level.

We formulate realistic goals for you and establish a multi-layered program that will produce solid results in both fitness and health. 

We evaluate each individual's stamina, strength, stability, flexibility and injury potential to develop a whole body approach to successfully reaching your goals.

Our team of elite trainers understands the biomechanical, physical and emotional aspects of safe, effective and engaging workouts. 

That is why our clients are so successful in reaching and maintaining their fitness goals. 

Our semi-private training has no more than three people per session.

Lose Weight FAST!

Those who have known me for a while know that I have a sweet tooth and that I have had a fairly active life, but the truth is that I have struggled with being overweight all my life. Obviously after pregnancy I disliked the appearance of my body (seriously, who loves it?) so I tried doing some exercise at home, tried to find “natural” supplements and did some diets (searching for the magic diet that would help me lose weight FAST). But I was not successful with yo-yo diets (the story of my life), being too tired to even think of doing exercise, not having time, etc. Excuses, they are so easy to blame.

My nickname was thunder thighs.......but, my childhood was spent active. My family spent lots of time outdoors; camping, fishing, sports, playing in the yard. We never spent much time in front of the TV. My mother instilled healthy eating habits and discipline. I played sports at the high school and competitive levels all through my teens and early/mid twenties. I was always short and curvy, but as most people do when they are young, I had an active metabolism. In my later twenties I had more office jobs and not a care in the world about a disciplined diet. You can add alcohol to that mix too.... not the best thing for the waistline. I wasn’t playing team sports anymore but I was snowboarding regularly.

Maggie Gonzales

My journey to fitness started a little differently than for most.  I was diagnosed with an autoimmune diseases (Lupus SLE) over 10 years ago which lead me on a whirlwind roller-coaster ride of trying to find the right medication to suppress my diseases. Along with being diagnosed with "cooties" I had an additional challenge.  I had a back injury after the birth of my youngest son which led to four painful back surgeries and a tail bone injury which would unfortunately never go away.  For years I had struggled with trying to find the right medication and physical activity to help deal with the complications that my cooties brought on.  After seeing myself blow up from the on and off use of steroids and the constant anxiety of being in pain, I decided I to try a different approach to my cooties and temporary disabilities.  With the encouragement of my good friend Herendira, we ventured to Aire and took advantage of the free week of lunch time classes.

Sara Collier

First of all, I’m from the South. We literally do not eat vegetables unless they are deep fried or covered in butter (or anything else for that matter). As a result of this, and just my natural body shape, I have struggled with my weight my entire life despite being a pretty active person. Of course, I had a rude awakening when I moved to the West Coast to a beach city and everyone was all fit and thin (ugh). So I decided to try to eat healthier and began getting on the treadmill twice a week; but frankly that just wasn’t doing anything for me. One of my coworkers told me about Aire and that she attended the lunchtime classes every day, so I finally decided to join her after two months of her begging me to come and it was the best decision of my life!

Friends and Family

Once a month Aire will host a workout that is complimentary to the friends and family of Aire and its members. Friends and Family workouts can take place in locations like Balboa Park or the Convention Center stairs.

Aire Raids

Often after Friends and Family workouts, Aire will meet at a restaurant or bar. At Aire Raids our members have a chance to talk to one another without being sweaty and out of breath.
