- This is a low-impact workout, fusing ballet, dance, and Pilates. Focus shifts to thigh and glute areas, while targeting deep abdominals and stretches that encourage a long, lean physique.

- Are you ready to train your core like athletes do? Try ‘Flex,’ we take you through functional exercises that focus on your midsection. By using the TRX, dumbbells, bosu balls and much more your core will be the hardest it’s ever been.

- This Kettelbell class is a rare combination of resistance training and cardio. From Russia with love, kettlebells will give you an iron core and buns of steel.

- A mat Pilates class for all levels that will increase your body awareness and make your abs WerQ!
- Whipped
- You will get your heart rate up in this fast-paced circuit designed to increase strength and lean body mass. The mix of old school and new school toning techniques make this one of the most effective workouts you can do.
- Yoga Sculpt
- Put a little muscle behind your yoga moves. Yoga Sculpt adds weights to yoga moves to add a little extra tone while increasing flexibility.
