Aire San Diego Personal Trainer Ryan Glidden

Ryan Glidden

Ryan Glidden strives to live his life by the ways of a peaceful warrior. The warrior spirit is conscious of its thoughts and actions. Its focus is sharp and clear, and it displays tolerance and understanding of all things, especially itself. As a yoga instructor when Ryan steps on to his mat to guide a class, he brings with him his warrior spirit. Through the synchronization of asana and breath, a deep, grounding flow develops, opening space for our spirit to move, and our true selves to emerge. Yoga is in all of us, and Ryan is truly grateful to be of service to all who seek it. When not leading a yoga practice Ryan sees clients as a personal trainer and holistic lifestyle coach. Using Element Training, he trains clients on ways to increase vitality, lower stress, and sculpt their bodies. It is the combination of his compassion, patience, strength and sense of humor that nurtures others, allowing them to take what they need from their yoga practice or training, and have fun doing it. Ryan received his BA in Interpersonal Communications from Stonehill College. He is a Yoga Alliance 200hr RYT, and a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also the creator of Element Training, a holistic approach to complete body conditioning used to unlock the peaceful warrior spirit in everyone.
