Testimonials
“ Pilates classes with Jen is for all levels. I have taken time off due to injuries or whatever is going on in my world, and when I start back up she makes sure that I am challenged, keeps it fun, and entertaining. I always enjoy the fact that she works on the areas that you want or need, thanks for the killer arms, shoulders, and backside!

“ I’ve been taking Pilates from Jen for a couple of years now and I’ve noticed a significant increase in my overall strength, posture and just an improvement in how my body feels in general. Staying consistent with it has helped to reduce residual pains I've dealt with for a long time from a prior shoulder injury, by strengthening the right muscles. When I’m busy at work and am not able to take Pilates for a week or two I notice a that my body just doesn’t feel right… it feels stiff and tight and so I’m always anxious to get back to it!
