Like taking classes at Aire but don’t want to buy separate packages for each type of class? With our “Monthly Fitness Unlimited” special, you can now have it all! Choose from a variety of 14 classes per week from the schedule below. These aren’t all the Aire classes, but a well-rounded selection of popular classes at various days and times. Challenge your body with TRX , Hardcore, cycling, mat Pilates and fusion classes such as spin/yoga and TRX/kettle ball, with hour-long yoga coming soon! With small group classes, all participants receive personalized attention.

TRX
This challenging high energy 55 minute class featuring the TRX Suspension Trainer will have you breathing hard and feeling muscles you never knew you had. Using the TRX gives you the opportunity to improve your strength, cardio and overall fitness in fun and challenging ways that take you out of the traditional, boring gym environment and get your body moving in ways you couldn’t have imagined possible. Developed by Navy Seals, the TRX Suspension Trainer is designed to build power, balance, strength and flexibility for people of all ages and at all fitness levels for the novice/beginner fitness enthusiast to the competitive athlete.

Cycle ’n Zen

Get ready to sweat! In the first half of the class you’ll be climbing and sprinting on a stationary bike. The second 30 minutes, you will flow from one energizing asana to another while linking each movement to your breath. Open your heart while strengthening and toning your core, arms and legs. Note: room is preheated to 77 degrees.

Hardcore

Are you ready to train your core like Athletes do? Come in and try “Hard Core” where we take you through functional exercises to strengthen your midsection. By using athletic, multi-plane, and resisted movements your core will be the hardest its ever been. Classes are 50 minutes long so be ready to have improved balance and core strength when you leave.
